Seen in Moscow. FIGHT THE POWER !!!
"A photo circulating the Internet that is being called “Moscow’s Tiananmen image” is poised to become the iconic face of the pro-democracy protests gripping Russia in the wake of President Vladimir Putin’s election. The picture shows a little boy sitting on a bicycle in front of a wall of Russian police."
From here.

Kids In Moscow
Fixed Gear Moscow from Alex Goncharenko on Vimeo.
This looks cool, first FG video I've seen from Russia.
My experience of our mighty neighboring country is only limited to couple of more or less vodka-soaked visits to St. Petersburg but the traffic there seemed just bit too crazy for cycling.
On the other hand, everyone knows that back in the day Soviet Union was always a major player in Track Cycling so there is bound to be a bunch of cool old Russian track bikes hiding in somewhere...

Now In Moscow Too
Someone recently emailed me asked about the scene in Moscow but unfortunately I didn't know anything about what's going on within the borders our Big & Mighty neighbor country. Well, today Pavel emailed me this LINK. So yes, they do it on Russia too.
Привет guys!
