Hmm, do you happen to know what the sentence in duch at the end means? Or what the context of the clip is?
It's a commercial for an insurance company. They are trying to get people to take a survey. The sentence reads:
'We really do everything we can to understand young people, but we could use some help...'
Strange that its filmed in Sydney, Australia.
It's Belgian, not Dutch.
