Saw these new Livery frames ad adjustable stems at Pedal Consumption and liked them a lot.
Especially the mono stay on the frame looks cool, although for a purist like me it would look even cooler without that useless little hole for a brake. Better keep an eye on their blog anyhow.

Adjustable track stems are not a new idea by any means, they were used a lot back in the days...
