This is pretty great and it also means that we all still got 7 days time to hop in on it and back the project to get the single speed capable steel Puffin frameset for a very reasonable price.
This might be relevant to some of us out there, maybe:
"Has your track bike jumped the shark? Do you have one too many track frames in the basement, and one too few geared bikes for getting around town? For roughly $300 you can give your 120 mm spaced track or single speed bike a six-speed makeover with the Fyxation Six Fyx group."
Singular Cycles' Sam has put up his new fatbike Puffin on Kickstarter in order to raise funds for the order. If you want a nice single speed capable fatbike frameset for a very good price, now is the time to participate:
"Tervetuloa Bio Rexin Baariin vaikka etBicycle Film Festival Helsinginelokuvia menisikään katsomaan. Bio Rexin Baari avoinna pe klo 18-02 ja la klo 17-00.
Perjantaina ohjelmassa Goldsprintit. Polkemista jo klo 17 jälkeen elokuvien väliajoilla. Klo 22 jälkeen aletaan vääntää nuppeja kaakkoon. Goldsprint finaalit tullaan hikoilemaan klo 00:30 jälkeen. Palkintoja sekä kovimmille polkijoille että arvottuina osallistujien kesken."
First photos of the Traitor Crusade 2013 with disc brakes and capable of single speed or geared builds. I can certainly dig this, maybe except the green color but there will be a matte black version as well.
Traitor Cycles has a new website running with their almost completely new line-up of bike for 2013.
I'm really looking forward to the new version of the Crusade with disc brakes as a replacement for my old one which got unfortunately destroyed not so long ago.
I recently bought a Chrome District backpack while visiting NYC but my wife took it to use before I even got to try it out once. Now I'm expecting her to do a review. Which probably won't happen.
Edit.
I was wrong, again. She said: "It is really good".
The traditional season's opening ride again, 120km or bit more from Helsinki to Porvoo and back again, with the classic cobblestoned hill sprints up the Church Hill in Porvoo. Track bikes, road bikes, single speeds, whatever anyone fancies.
