Lutz Heßlich & Texima Bahnrad

Great Lutz Heßlich portrait, from here, as seen at Prollys.
"Lutz Heßlich a GDR Sprinter (two times Olympic and 6x World Champion) rode 1984 in Moscow the 200m flying in 9.98sec. as first man on the earth."
However, the bike on the lower photo, although it appears to be the same model on each photo, is actually Michael Huebener's Texima, image from here.

what about the systematic doping of anyone else racing pro?
especially mister armstrong or mister merckx!!!! same same, just different drugs....
