Ironic? Maybe. Maybe not. Sad in any case.

Upgrades for future frames at the LOW Bicycles. Those are headtubes for integrated headset, in case you're wondering.

I spied these on the @LOWSF Instagram.

"Telaio per bici da pista ESEMPLARE UNICO"

MY EYES...!

Apparently "a unique prototype" aluminum track frame. Pictures speak for themselves.

Miglos spotted this. I feel bad for you, man.

Merckx Pista

Lots of people seem to have a thing for Merckx. I've never really understood this but then again I've never owned one either.

Anyhow, Miglos' nice and probably somewhat rare aluminum Merckx Pista from late 1990s (~ish, maybe?) is now available, preferably to be traded towards a nice NJS-frameset.

Pelizzoli Leggenda FOR3

New version of the Pelizzoli Leggenda, FOR3:

 * FOR3 columbus aluminum tubing (less than 100 series available)
 * TIG welding polished
 * Track geometry, tigh clearances
 * 27,2mm seat tube
 * ITA/BSA BB threading
 * Steel 1" or carbon 1 1/8 fork
 * Stainless drop outs
 * Custom sizes and geometry on request
 * Handmade paint

Looks quite lovely and options like 1 1/8" threadless carbon fork and BSA BB are obviously nice choices to have.

Order yours here now:

Superb Sprint

"Here is a quick teaser of our first prototype. This one is called the Superb Sprint and is an aluminum frame with lugged steel fork. It is amazingly light weight, matching the Cinelli Mash, and that has a carbon fork!" ... aaand it looks almost like the Cannondale Track!

TK3

The track bike, Felt TK3 2010, for the velodrome. I sold the pink EAI Bareknuckle in order to get bit more modern here. The rear wheel will soon be upgraded to a Mavic Ellipse but I've been pretty happy with the bike so far. Of course it didn't make me any faster than before.

Lil' Something New

I had a NBD yesterday. My first non-steel bike since my old MTB I rode for years in the 1990s. Let's see how this one feels now and especially if it makes me perform any better on the track...

Peugeot From Outer Space

Well, not really but quite funky nonetheless.

ChopperOlli found this, for inspiration?

LD: Labs Aluminum Aero Frameset

New LD: Labs alu frameset here. Looking kinda nice, I guess. Also offering the frame in different anodized colors is a nice touch. More info here but guys, let me give you piece of free advice: it is NOT enough to just say that the frame has "track geometry"...

Gnarly Welds

A detail of Mika's new frame. Congratulations, dude.
