Saw this on Vimeo last night. The only way is reference points - like Prolly said in traffic. But I will say it's easy to tell with a street name. If it's a two way street all three cars are driving on the wrong side of the road whereas, parked cars and buses are on the right. Plus both cars break at the end, but there's no traffic light. Dunno. It juts looks odd the way the wheel lifts so effortlessly.
Ben, you might be right, given that the video was all of a sudden taken offline the same day is was posted. I think there might be something going on here, again...
